Montgomery Cheddar

Montgomery’s Cheddar is hand made using milk from Jamie Montgomery’s own herd of Friesian Holstein cows that graze on the land surrounding North Cadbury, which has been associated with King Arthur’s court at Camelot. The 54lb cheeses are bound in muslin and matured for at least ten months.
